Do you accept my health fund?

We are preferred providers for Medibank Private, BUPA, HCF, NIB, CBHS, Defence Health, GMHBA, HIF, and more. We accept all dental health funds and have HICAPS available for on-the-spot claims.

Do you bulk bill for children?

Yes, we bulk bill eligible children aged 2-17 under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). This provides up to $1,158 in dental benefits over two consecutive calendar years at no out-of-pocket cost.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring your health fund card, Medicare card, any relevant dental X-rays, a list of current medications, and a completed medical history form (available on our website).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options to help make dental care affordable. Please speak to our reception team about the options available.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Is parking available?

Yes, we have free on-site parking. We are also conveniently located next to Croydon train and bus stations for easy public transport access.

Do you treat nervous patients?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced in treating anxious and nervous patients. We take the time to explain every step of your treatment and ensure you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

What happens in a dental emergency?

We offer same-day emergency appointments where possible. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call us immediately on (03) 9725 8040 and we will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
